Repayment of pre-2018 loans to accounts in EAEU and automatic-exchange countries
Resident individuals may receive on their accounts in EAEU and automatic-exchange countries the foreign currency that non-residents repay under loans made before 14 April 2018.
What it says
Resident individuals may credit to their accounts with banks in EAEU member states or in states with which Russia automatically exchanges financial information the foreign currency repaid by non-residents under loan agreements concluded before 14 April 2018. Agreements whose essential terms were changed after that date are excluded. No time limit.

Paragraph 1
1. Guided by paragraph 16 of the Rules for the Issue by the Government Commission for Control over Foreign Investment in the Russian Federation of Permits for the Purpose of Implementing Additional Temporary Economic Measures to Ensure the Financial Stability of the Russian Federation and of Other Permits Provided for by Individual Decrees of the President of the Russian Federation, approved by Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 295 of 6 March 2022, the Sub-commission of the Government Commission for Control over Foreign Investment in the Russian Federation unanimously decided to permit resident individuals to credit to their accounts (deposits) opened with banks located in the territory of member states of the EAEU or in the territory of foreign states (territories) with which automatic exchange of financial information is carried out, foreign currency from non-residents as repayment of amounts under loan agreements concluded between such residents and non-residents before 14 April 2018, except for agreements whose essential terms were amended after 14 April 2018.
